Normal Loop:
This is the basic ride I do - it is fairly simple out a back with a loop through Woodside. Several short steep uphill sections make it more than just easy and flat.

Normal Loop + Canada:
Generally only have time for this extension on the weekends. The furthest part of Canada is actually shut for cyclists only on Sunday morning which makes it really fun to ride.

Short Alpine Loop (and reverse):
Probably the fastest ride in the reverse direction with the hills during the first half and the long downhill through the second half. Doing it in the normal direction has the steep uphill, then downhill with some steep up hill sections towards the end to slow you down a little, before the downhill run home.

Sand Hill to Old La Honda:
This is a ride out to the local climb. Just out and back with OLH the only reason to do it. The climb itself is will written about here. This ride is really just to work on climbing. Thirty minutes out, thirty minutes up and thirty minutes back.
